Change begins with us
Dear Friends,
Change doesn’t always come with noise. Sometimes, it begins quietly—with a thought, a decision, or a step forward, and it always begins with self.
As I begin my term as President of the Ladies Study Group for 2025–26, with a heart full of gratitude, purpose and commitment, I invite each one of you to be more than a participant—to be a catalyst, as we embark on a journey together to collectively create a greater impact in the world around us.
Our theme for the year is Lead the Change.
When we choose to lead, we don’t just adapt to the world around us, but we shape it. When we choose to be change-makers, we don’t just witness transformation, we drive it—with awareness, empathy, and courage.
We stand at a time where leadership is no longer defined by position—it is defined by presence. By action. By conviction. And each of us, in our own way, holds the ability to influence and uplift. Through every conversation, every initiative, and every choice, we have the power to create ripples of impact.
This year, we aim to spark leadership that is thoughtful, inclusive, and fearless—through dialogue, discovery, and shared growth. We will create space for meaningful conversations that challenge, connect, and inspire. We will spotlight voices and ideas that lead with purpose. And we will nurture a community where every member feels empowered to take initiative and create positive change.
Let’s come together—not just to learn or listen, but to lead. To be present. To be bold. To be the change—and to inspire others to lead the change.
With purpose and passion,
Richa Agarwal
President | Ladies Study Group (2025–26)
